We have carefully prepared a brochure and terms and conditions to give you all the information you need to proceed with booking your bouquet preservation.

Tell us about your flowers? Knowing about your bouquet allows us to help you and us plan your bouquet preservation products. If you're uncertain, that's OK - we can figure it out later.

What species of flowers will you include? What colours will it feature? Will your bouquet be small, medium or large?

Delivering your flowers to us

We are located in Deal, Kent (CT14). We strongly recommend hand-delivering your flowers if possible to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

Have as little or as much input as you like during the creative process.

If you want to, you can choose how your flowers are arranged and the resin colour by answering the design questions below.

However, if you prefer us take the creative lead, skip the design questions and go to 'Your Agreement' at the bottom of this form. We are happy to design a beautiful product for you.

Arrangement of flowers

Please let us know what you have in mind for the arrangement of your flowers:

I’d like my flowers to look like they’re growing naturally, with some foliage & stems, and a mostly birds eye view of the flowers seen from above

I would like my flowers arranged in an all-over pattern (with space in between each flower), and a birds eye view of the flowers seen from above

I would like my flowers in the centre, radiating out, arranged to look like a bouquet, with a birds eye view of the flowers seen from above

Answer this question if you are ordering tables or wall art. If you are ordering a bowl or coasters, skip this question, we arrange the flowers for you.

We will incorporate a few pieces of foliage into your design if this helps visually balance the design.

Please note, not all your flowers may be used. We cannot promise to replicate your bouquet.

Table assembly

If ordering a table, please indicate whether you want the table fully completed, with legs installed, or unassembled, with fixings so you can attach the legs to the tabletop yourself.

What happens next?

After we have received your completed form we will contact you to reserve your time-slot for delivering flowers and send you instructions on how to deliver or send them.

If your event is within 3 weeks, we will request full payment, otherwise we will ask you to pay a 50% deposit, and pay the balance before your flowers are delivered to us.
